A major component of Homenetmen worldwide has been its scouting program. By becoming scouts, junior members gain important leadership skills, community awareness, and a link to our cultural and historical roots.
The scouting program has been on a hiatus for the past year as we have restructured the format to attract new members and retain our existing scouts. The scouting program will resume at the beginning of February, and will be held on Sunday evenings.
Available Scouting groups are:

15 – 17 year olds |
As part of our Scouting program, we also have a “Funfar” marching band, which has always been the pride of Homenetmen Arax. We are looking to build the next generation of band members, and will be conducting music lessons aligned with the Scouting program. The main instruments to choose from are trumpets, trombones, snare drums, or base drum. Any suggestions for additional instruments to form part of the marching band are also welcome.
